Graphskill U-bolts are in place all over the world. We have standard ranges that come in different styles and materials, and of course we can manufacture your bespoke products.
British Standard
Our British Standard U-bolts conform to BS 3974 Part 1 and are available as Gripped (Anchor) or Non-Gripped (Guide). Typically stocked in Bright Zinc Plated mild steel (BZP), T304 & T316 stainless steels, though other materials are available on request
Gripped type (1100 series) are used where it is necessary to hold the pipe in all directions
Non-Gripped type (1101 series) are used where it is undesirable to restrict longitudinal movement

Light Pattern U-bolts are used for lighter applications where there are budgetary restrictions. Typically stocked in Bright Zinc Plated mild steel (BZP), T304 & T316 stainless steels, though other materials are available on request

We offer a bespoke service, with a very fast turnaround. You can contact us using traditional methods of course, but why not try one of our two quotes & estimates sytems?
If you want a traditional U-bolt just with different dimesnions to our standards, then you could use our U-Bolt Estimator tool. Feed in your dimensions and get an immediate price. If you like the price the system will allow you to submit for us, and our engineers will check it over. If they are happy that the product would be sound (engineering wise) then we will honour the price quoted
If you have a more unorthodox brackets requirement use or Quote tool to send us details and a sketch / drawing and we will get back to you with a price within 2 working days
